Lightning Round OT: Monsanto, Freeport-McMoRan and More

Wednesday, 7 Jan 2009 | 7:37 PM ET
Lightning Round OT
You say the name of a stock, and Mad Money's Jim Cramer tells you whether to buy or sell.

Lindsay :Monsanto on a pullback works, as does Deere at these levels, Cramer said. Terra Nitrogen’s dividend is worth owning, too. He took a pass on Lindsay, though.

Stryker :Johnson & Johnson is a more diversified healthcare play, Cramer said. He’s worried that Stryker and its medical devices could take a hit under the Obama administration. So buy JNJ instead.

Southern Copper : Big demand from China makes PCU a buy. But Cramer likes Freeport-McMoRan more because it’s cheaper, he said.

Jim’s charitable trust owns Deere, Freeport-McMoRan and Johnson & Johnson.
