Joy Global [JOYG  Loading...      ()   ]: Cramer’s bullish on JOYG. He recommended waiting for the stock to dip below $20 before buying.

Spartan Store [SPTN  Loading...      ()   ]: The only retailer Cramer will get behind right now is Wal-Mart [WMT  Loading...      ()   ], he said.

Norfolk Southern [NSC  Loading...      ()   ]: The rails are down, but that isn’t a buying opportunity, Cramer said. He thinks these stocks go lower, so sell NSC. Fellow rail CSX [CSX  Loading...      ()   ] shouldn’t be bought until it gets to $22.

Procter & Gamble [PG  Loading...      ()   ]: Don’t buy, Cramer said. He thinks PG is a play on the second half of 2009, and not the first. At least wait until after the company reports earnings to see how business is holding up. He thinks PG could drop another near $3 to $55.

Manitowac [MTW  Loading...      ()   ]: Cramer won’t get behind MTW right now.

Bebe Stores [BEBE  Loading...      ()   ]: Bebe works as a short-term trade, Cramer said, once it gets down to $4.75. He recommended the stock at $5, it jumped to $7 and is now back down to about $5. Cramer thinks the same type of move could happen again.

Halliburton [HAL  Loading...      ()   ]: HAL’s a sell, Cramer said. The potential for natural gas to go as low as Cramer’s predicted $3 is bad news for this company – and the stock.

Delta Air Lines [DAL  Loading...      ()   ]: The merger with Northwest might have been a boost to Delta, but Cramer just can’t recommend an airline.
