Quite a few current and former employees at the firms submitted their own suggestions. And who could resist giving the contest a whirl?
My own imagination ran down a darker road than most, with suggestions like "MORGAN MADOFF", or "MORGAN LOVES US PANDIT HATES US"...
I received so many great entries that picking the finalists was hard. I whittled down the list to the ten nominees below. My apologies, and thanks, to those not mentioned here.
Voting ends Friday at Midnight Eastern, and the winner will receive one of our last remaining freebies, a CNBC cap found discarded in the corner after recent corporate cutbacks.
