Highlights of the 2009 Detroit Auto Show

_Location: Cobo Center, downtown Detroit.

_Public show: Jan. 17-25, 9 a.m.-10 p.m. daily, closes at 7 p.m. last day. Tickets $12 for adults, $6 ages 7-12 and 65 or older, free age 6 and under.

_Getting there: Shuttle service Jan. 17-19 and Jan. 24-25 from The Henry Ford in Dearborn and the Detroit Zoo in Royal Oak, $5. Riders can park at the zoo and The Henry Ford for $5. Detroit People Mover from Joe Louis Arena, Greektown and other downtown parking sites, 50 cents.

_Exhibitors: About 50, mainly auto companies and their divisions, showing about 700 vehicles.
