MHI Hospitality sets 1-cent quarterly dividend

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - MHI Hospitality Corp. declared a quarterly dividend of 1 cent.
The hotel real estate investment trust said it will pay the dividend on March 30 to shareholders of record March 20.
