Super Sunday Stocks - Part II

With the big game just around the corner, we decided to add to last week's post on the companies that are primed for big business on the back of Super Sunday...
Sporting Goods: According to www.NFLshop.com, the Steelers' Troy Polamalu had the fourth best selling jersey of 2008. The Cardinals did not have a single player jersey make the top 20. 
Licensed Jerseys are averaging about $85-90 a piece, up over 10% from last year.

-Dick's operates over 350 stores in more than 38 states - Sport's Authority had been publicly traded on the NYSE, but was taken private by private equity firm Leonard Green & Partners. In May, 2006, each share of The Sports Authority was converted into $37.25 in cash.
