POLL: Are You Behind on Debt Payments?

Credit-card delinquenciesand personal bankruptcies are reaching new highs as the economic meltdown has forced consumers to fall behind on their monthly bills and other debts.

There's no question Americans are stressed, but this new data is some of the most pointed evidence yet that the consumer is beginning to feel the depth of the crisis.
