Republic Services :Waste Management and its 5% dividend yield is a better play, Cramer said.

Qwest : Qwest works as a speculation play, Cramer said, and he thinks the dividend yield is safe.

Lightning Round
You say the name of a stock, and Mad Money's Jim Cramer tells you whether to buy or sell.

Cummins : Cramer won’t recommend an industrial stock in this environment unless it offers a 5% dividend yield, and CMI does not.

United Parcel : Cramer’s bullish on UPS, though he said the stock could be a bit volatile in the near term.

Cliffs Natural Resources : Sell CLF, Cramer said. BHP Billiton is a better pick.

MetroPCS Communications :Verizon is a superior wireless company, Cramer said. He’d rather see investors in VZ.

Chesapeake Energy :Anadarko Petroleum is the only natural gas stock Cramer will recommend right now, but he still prefers large integrated oil companies to anything in nat gas.
