Slap Chop Infomercial Censored Version?

Many people are fans of Vince Offer, the ShamWow! guy who is now offering up the Slap Chop.
The big laugh line in the Slap Chop commercial is "you're going to love my nuts." Tune in at 36 seconds in to hear the phrase.
But I was watching another network over the weekend and saw that there was a sensored version that doesn't have the line.
How does this happen?
Does a network say that they don't want the "nuts" line?
