Roche finally has a sufficient war chest of "enormous amounts of capital" which it raised in the U.S. and Europe, reports CNBC's David Faber. The Swiss drug maker now holds 93.2 percent of Genentech, with 3 percent of the latter's outstanding shares "guaranteed to be delivered within three business days."
