Aerovironment : They missed the quarter bad, Cramer says sell.

Vertex Pharmaceuticals: Cramer thinks Celgene is a better option.

The Mosaic Company : Cramer says wait until they report tomorrow, and if it's bad, go for Terra Nitrogen , which is the only fertilizer stock he'll recommend right now.

Vimpel Communications : As a Russian company, Cramer thinks you should stay away from the country as a whole, it's just too risky.

Graftech International : Cramer says sell.

Coach : The high end handbag business is bad right now, but the stock is low, Cramer thinks you should be a buyer.

Pan American Silver : Cramer sees a pullback in Silver... don't be aggressive but you should be buying in stages.

Cisco : Downgraded by Goldman Sachs, Cramer thinks the company will turn this quarter and would be a buyer.

General Mills : They missed the quarter, but commodity costs are going down and they stand to have a good second half, Cramer thinks its a buy.
