] Chairman and CEO Robert Toll. Regular MadMo viewers probably remember Mr. Toll's ominous words, spoken just under a year ago when we were desperate for some sign of hope that the housing crisis would end. Always the straight shooter, Toll spoke the truth as he knew it: "The light you see at the end of the tunnel may be the train coming toward you."
So much for hope.
Does he still feel the same way? Or does he agree with Cramer that housing bottoms this summer? We'll find out.
