] Chairman and CEO Robert Toll. Regular MadMo viewers probably remember Mr. Toll's ominous words, spoken just under a year ago when we were desperate for some sign of hope that the housing crisis would end. Always the straight shooter, Toll spoke the truth as he knew it: "The light you see at the end of the tunnel may be the train coming toward you."
So much for hope.
