ETFs are a good way to rebuild your portfolio, said Mark Luschini, chief investment strategist at Janney Montgomery Scott.
“One of the features that we like about ETFs is the fact that they’re liquid, transparent and usually the expense associated with the actual vehicle itself is de minimis,” he said.
“We not only reduce the friction against the returns that would accompany any kind of growth back into the portfolio, but the degree of color as well as granularity that one can bring into a portfolio construction using ETFs is second to none.”
