Fast & Furious Trades For Wednesday

Following are the “Fast & Furious” trades - answers to the key questions heading into the open.

GDP: The government releases its reading on 1st quarter GDP Wednesday; economist are expecting a reading of -4.7%.

I don't know if the number will move the market, says Guy Adami.

HESS EARNINGS: Street analysts expect Hess [HES  Loading...      ()   ] to report a loss of 23 cents a share; however last week Goldman put this stock on its prestigious “Conviction Buy” list.

There's been a lot of call activity in this stock over the last few days, adds Pete Najarian.

BUY REAL ESTATE? Sandler O'Neill initiated coverage of the major REITs today; with Boston Properties [BXP  Loading...      ()   ] reporting Wednesday, could now be the time to buy the REITs?

I have a buy on Boston Properties, says Sandler O’Neill analyst Alex Goldfarb.

NO. 1 STEELMAKER: Arcellor Mittal [MT  Loading...      ()   ] reports earnings on Wednesday; the firm is expected to show a net loss of $594 million. That compares with net income of $2.37 billion, or $1.68 a share, a year earlier.

They're in a difficult situation, says Tim Seymour. Steel demand isn't going up.

AETNA EARNINGS: The health care provider Aetna [AET  Loading...      ()   ] reports earnings Wednesday morning; analysts expect a first quarter profit of $0.93, an increase of just over 1% from last year.

I think valuations are attractive, muses Karen Finerman.
