Time to Get Into the Market: Top Strategist

This is “certainly the time you want to start getting into the market,” said Arthur Hogan, managing director at Jefferies.
“We’ve had a significant run-up off the bottom,” Hogan told CNBC. “Start looking at energy, the reflating economy, companies that have hard assets and look for success through he summer and into the fall.”
Navistar is one of the companies that Hogan recommends.
“They’re on track into getting a government contract for defense vehicles and secured $300 million into ABS financing,” he said.
