Although there are some risk factors in the market, David Dietze, president and chief investment strategist at Point View Financial Services, said there are opportunities to “take some chips off the table.”
“We’re old-fashioned here,” Dietze told CNBC. “The market is up 30 percent while of the 317 companies that have reported [earnings numbers] so far, their profits are down around 38 percent.”
As a result, he suggested this may be a chance for investors to start buying into the following companies:
