The bull market is “very sustainable,” said Jim O’Shaughnessy, founder of O’Shaughnessy Asset Management.
“People are still frightened but they should take a look at high dividend paying stocks to inch their way into the markets,” he told CNBC.
“This is a once in a generation opportunity to get in at prices that haven’t been as good since 1982.”
