There’s Still Room to Buy Stocks: Barton Biggs

This is not a bear market rally but a cyclical bull market, said Barton Biggs, managing partner at Traxis Partners.
“I don’t think it’s too late [to get into the market],” Biggs told CNBC. “We’re about half or 60 percent of the way through the upside.”
“So we’ve still got significant room on the upside,” he said.
