] investors are mad at CEO Herbjørn Hansson. They think his secondary offerings are more about meeting the company’s dividend payout than buying new ships, which is why Hansson said he’s raising the extra cash. Even worse, these people say the CEO has created no value, and worse – he is hurting shareholders.
While Cramer was less than thrilled about the latest equity offering, he thinks people aren’t seeing the whole picture. He pointed out a few key things that NAT is doing right in hopes of changing their minds.
