Looking for work in Australia? Well look no further -- here are the Top 10 great places to work down under, based on BRW magazine's list which used research conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute which surveyed more than 15,000 employees.

The magazine said there was a common theme at all the Top 50 companies - perks. Benefits vary from free iPods, Krispy Kreme doughnuts and the opportunity for international travel.

Popular firms also offer such benefits as education subsidies, on-site fitness centres or subsidized gym memberships, flexible work arrangements including telecommuting, health insurance plans, senior management opportunities for women and child care.
