Peter Kenny, managing director of Knight Equities and Charles Campbell, senior sales trader at Miller Tabak, weighed in on the best places to invest now.

Recommendation:

Kenny Likes:

First Trust ISE Global [FLM  Loading...      ()   ]

“This is an ETF that is comprised of companies that do a great deal of business in the Middle East—specifically, in the Gulf States," Kenny told CNBC. "This is an ETF that should perform pretty well…and have a lot of room to run.”

Campbell Likes:

ICICI Bank [IBN  Loading...      ()   ]

HDFC Bank [HDB  Loading...      ()   ]

Wisdom India Earnings [EPI  Loading...      ()   ]

iPath MSCI India [INP  Loading...      ()   ]

PowerShares India [PIN  Loading...      ()   ]

“Markets in India, or other countries, will celebrate the liberation of capital rules which will allow them to invest either directly or through participation in banking systems or the insurance sector, where previously there were ceilings on ownership limits or investment restrictions," said Campbell.
