ConocoPhillips [COP  Loading...      ()   ]: Cramer is bullish on COP and its 4% dividend yield.

Caterpillar [CAT  Loading...      ()   ]: CAT is a buy, Cramer said.

Allos Therapeutics [ALTH  Loading...      ()   ]: This is a very speculative stock, Cramer said, and he would recommend it only as that kind of play.

Pantry [PTRY  Loading...      ()   ]: Go with CBRL Group [CBRL  Loading...      ()   ] instead, Cramer said.

Allscripts-Misys Healthcare Solutions [MDRX  Loading...      ()   ]: The stock has had a decent move, so Cramer recommended taking some profits. But he does like MDRX as a longer-term play on President Obama’s health care initiatives.

Nordic American Tanker [NAT  Loading...      ()   ]: While many investors are unhappy with NAT’s announced secondary offerings, Cramer is still a fan of this stock.

Isis Pharma [ISIS  Loading...      ()   ]: This is a speculative play only, Cramer said. But he endorsed it because “I think we’re in a very, very strong market.”
