1. This Promotion is open to anyone aged 18 or over, excluding employees of NBC Universal or Business News (Europe) Limited Partnership, their families, their agents, or anyone connected with the running of the competition.
2. There are 10 prizes on offer for which is the DVD or Blue Ray version of Frost Nixon.
3. There is no cash or other alternative prize.
4. Submission of an entry into the prize competition constitutes acceptance of these rules, which include any separately given instructions. The competition is subject to English law.
5. Entry into the prize competition is free. All entries must be made by email by 1 June 2009.

Competition question: Which important monetary system was abandoned during Nixon's first term?
7. There will not be a draw. The winner of the competition will be the sender of a valid entry answering the competition question correctly and who, in the sole opinion of the Promoter, provides the most skilful answer to the tie-breaker question. If no valid entries or no correct answers are received, the winner will be selected based on the tie-breaker answer alone.
8. We may use your address details to inform you of forthcoming CNBC programmes, events or promotions. If you do not want to receive such information, please indicate this on your entry.
9. Only one entry per person is allowed.
10. Entries that are altered, amended, damaged, or defaced are invalid. Proof of making an entry does not constitute proof of receipt by the Promoter. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged, or delayed.
11. The winner will be notified by post or e-mail within 10 working days of close of entry.
12. The name of the prize winner will be available upon request by sending an e-mail titled “CNBC Frost/Nixon Prize Winner” to helene.gerlach@cnbc.com after 15 June 2009.
13. In the event of any dispute, the Promoter's decision will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
14. The winner agrees to their details being used in any publicity the Promoter wishes to run.
