The U.S. dollar will continue to be the currency of choice, said Ron Shah, managing partner at Jina Ventures.
“Management expertise, innovation, R&D continues to be in the U.S.,” Shah told CNBC. “I believe that managers in the U.S. can go overseas, acquire assets, integrate them and have a long-term future. That’s the future for the United States in the next 5 to 10 years.”
He told investors that he sees opportunities in American companies that have demonstrated track records of being able to go over seas, expand and integrate assets. “Countries such as [Brazil and China] need American management expertise.”
