GT Solar's chief financial officer resigns
MERRIMACK, N.H. - GT Solar International Inc., which makes equipment and technology for the solar power industry, said Tuesday that its chief financial officer, Robert Woodbury, has resigned for personal reasons.
Woodbury's resignation is effective immediately. He has served as CFO since January 2008.
Richard Johnson, who serves as controller and vice president for finance, will lead GT Solar's finance organization as the company's searches for a permanent replacement.
GT Solar shares slipped 8 cents to $6.35 in after-hours trading, after gaining 18 cents, or 2.9 percent, to close the regular session at $6.43.
