PowerShares MENA Frontier Countries [PMNA  Loading...      ()   ]— This is an "infrastructure ETF that focuses its capital on North Africa and Middle East,” Kenny told CNBC.

“This is a region of the world where you’re seeing tremendous population growth, expanding economies and real opportunities—so much so that even China’s placing a large bet on that area in the world now.”

Hickey Likes:

Tetra Tech [TTEK  Loading...      ()   ]— The company "provides construction and engineering for water and environmental projects,” said Hickey.
