We are "putting cash back to work," said Ron Muhlenkamp, portfolio manager at The Muhlenkamp Fund and Jeff Mortimer, CIO of Charles Schwab Investment Management.
“It’s been a rebound rally,” Muhlenkamp told CNBC at the Morningstar Investment Conference in Chicago.
“I’m not a raging bull,” said Mortimer, but he said he liked the following stocks.
