In an SEC filing, Berkshire's MidAmerican Energy Holdings discloses a series of sales, including the sale of almost 11 million shares today (Monday) at $27.25 each to Barclays Capital. The rest of the shares listed in today's filing were sold on the open market over the past two weeks.

Berkshire got over 20 million shares, a 10 percent stake, of Constellation in late December as a break-up fee. Constellation had walked away from its September merger pact with MidAmerican to take a sweeter offer from France's ECF.
Berkshire has been selling chunks of the shares since the beginning of this year. Its most recent filing in mid-May showed a 6.3 percent stake, about 12.5 million shares.
