GM CEO: New Board to be Announced 'Shortly'

General Motors will announce the members of its new board of directors "very shortly," CEO Fritz Henderson told CNBC Monday.
"We are moving fast on all fronts," Henderson said.
Selection of new board members is being spearheaded by Chairman Kent Kresa, who is reviewing applications of prospective candidates for the reconstituted board.
Henderson hinted that an announcement of the decisions would be released Tuesday, urging viewers to "stay tuned."
