The demand for resources is driven by China – which as you know is experiencing explosive growth, he explains. And, a lot of other emerging markets are also generating demand for commodities.
That alone should be bullish. However Karabell is also keeping an eye on capex spending which he thinks is on the upswing at big oil comapanies.
Once that's made public it will be too late for this trade, he explains; that's why he suggests getting long now.
