RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. - Officials say as many as 75 new jobs could be added at an Arkansas ConAgra plant producing frozen meals.

ConAgra Foods spokesman Bob Kula says the company based in Omaha, Neb., plans to invest up to $92 million in its plant on U.S. 64 on Russellville's east side.

A news release from the company said the plant currently has a work force of about 1,300 people.

Kula says the new jobs will be almost all production-based.

Mike Tracy, vice president of the company for operations, said ConAgra's commitment "shows that the company believes strongly in the capabilities of the people who work here, and is focused on making this plant the best it can be."
