Polo Ralph Lauren names board member
NEW YORK - Polo Ralph Lauren on Thursday said that Hubert Joly, the CEO of Carlson Companies Inc., has been appointed to its board of directors.
Joly's addition brings the size of Ralph Lauren's board to 11 members.
Carlson is a private hospitality and marketing company. Joy also serves on the boards of the Minneapolis Institute of Arts, the Minnesota Business Partnership and the World Travel and Tourism Council.
Shares of Ralph Lauren fell $2.04, or 3.8 percent, to close at $51.60 Thursday.
