Broadpoint Gleacher Securities names 2 directors

NEW YORK - Broadpoint Gleacher Securities Group Inc. said Monday Marshall Cohen and Bruce Rohde were elected to its board of directors.

The directors were added after the investment bank opted to increase its board size to 11 members.

Since 1996, Cohen has served as counsel at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP. Cohen currently sits on the board of Barrick Gold Corp., TD Ameritrade and TriMas Corp. He previously was the president and CEO of the Molson Cos.

Rohde is currently chairman and CEO emeritus of ConAgra Foods Inc. He has previously served as president, vice chairman and CEO of ConAgra.
