SOFIA, July 9 (Reuters) - A power outage reduced crude oil processing and fuels production at LUKOIL's 142,000 barrels per day Bulgarian refinery Neftochim Burgas on Thursday, a spokeswoman for the plant said. "Some installations have been halted, while others have reduced production. The impact on the crude distillation units is limited," the spokeswoman said, adding that production was expected to be restored by the end of the day. The outage occurred at a heating utility in Neftochim on the Black Sea shortly after noon, she said. The incident did not cause any environmental damage, the environment agency in the city of Burgas, where the refinery is situated, said. Neftochim, which exports about half of its output to neighbouring Balkan countries and Turkey, processes about 7 million tonnes of crude annually.
