Allegheny Energy extends CEO's contract
GREENSBURG, Pa. - Allegheny Energy Inc. said Thursday Chairman, President and CEO Paul J. Evanson has extended his contract with the company to June 15, 2011.
Evanson has been with the company since 2003.
Shares closed up 6 cents to $23.94.
