Regal Entertainment unit prices notes offering
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - Movie theater company Regal Entertainment Group said Friday that one of its subsidiaries, Regal Cinemas Corp., has priced a $400 million senior notes offering due 2019.
Regal plans to use the offering's proceeds to pay back part of its existing credit agreement.
The notes will be guaranteed by Regal Entertainment and all of the subsidiaries that guarantee the credit facility.
The offering is set to close on Wednesday.
Regal Entertainment shares rose 2 cents to $12.65 in morning trading.
