Isle of Capri Casinos files shelf registration
ST. LOUIS - Casino operator Isle of Capri Casinos Inc. said Friday it filed a universal shelf registration statement with federal regulators to replace its previous statement that expired.
The registration lets the company issue securities, such as stocks and bonds, although Isle of Capri said it currently doesn't have plans to do so.
Once declared effective, the company said the registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission is expected to remain effective for three years or until fully used.
