EDS inks $90M deal with 3 financial services firms
PLANO, Texas - Hewlett-Packard Co.'s EDS technology services division said Tuesday it had signed a $90 million contract with three financial services firms to expand its business in Chile.
EDS will help Nexus, Redbanc and Transbank — which serve banks — consolidate five data centers. EDS will also build a new data center near Santiago, Chile, to support the three new clients.
EDS is based in Plano, Texas, while Hewlett-Packard is based in Palo Alto, Calif.
