Abbott Laboratories raises dividend
NORTH CHICAGO, Ill. - Drug developer and medical device maker Abbott Laboratories on Wednesday boosted its quarterly dividend by 11 percent to 40 cents per share.
The dividend is payable Aug. 15 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 15
The drug developer said Wednesday its second-quarter profit fell but the results still met Wall Street forecasts.
