Jim Iuorio has noticed unusual options action in Yahoo!; with a large volume of August 15 calls trading.
How’s he playing it?
Although the call buying could be interpreted as bullish, I’m a seller of Yahoo!, says Iuorio. The company is heavily dependent on advertising and I don’t see that weakness reversing anytime soon.
Also, shares are trading at their highest levels since 2008, he explains.
