Stanley Works raises dividend on common shares
NEW BRITAIN, Conn. - Stanley Works, which makes hand tools, said Monday its board declared a quarterly dividend of 33 cents per common share, which marks a 3.1 percent increase in the dividend.
The dividend, which has been raised for 42 consecutive years, is payable Sept. 22 to shareholders of record Sept. 4.
