"Telecom hasn’t done particularly well this year," Smith told CNBC.
"If we get some weakness in the market place, the laggards like telecom should hold up pretty well because they haven’t seen much of a rally."

]—"If the economy goes back in the tank, [CA] is not going to be hurt so badly," he said. "They’re a system software utility company and sells to big time blue chip customers. They’ve had a good move the past three weeks but if the economy gets hit again, they’re going to hold up pretty well."
