Three major M&A deals rocked the Street on Monday. What must you know and how should you trade in the aftermath?
Disney & Marvel
Disney [DIS

] for $4 billion in a deal that pays shareholders a 29 percent premium.
The agreement will add characters such as Iron Man, Spider-Man and the Fantastic Four to its entertainment empire. This is Disney’s largest undertaking since it’s $7.6 billion purchase of Pixar in 2006.
What’s in this deal?
Although Disney is a blockbuster brand with girls due to Hannah Montana, Cinderella and Snow White, it has struggled to achieve the same kind of success with boys.
”(The acquisition) helps give Disney more exposure to the young male demographic that they have sort of lost some ground with in recent years," says David Joyce, an analyst with Miller Tabak.
Baker Hughes & BJ Serivces

It is also a reunion of sorts. BJ was spun off from Baker Hughes in 1990
What’s in this deal?
With the deal, Baker Hughes, the No. 4 oilfield services company by market value, will be better able to compete with Halliburton [HAL

] for projects that require multiple services as it bets on a recovery in the North American natural gas market.
"The business logic is one where both companies felt that all the major international oil and gas players want to rely increasingly on a one-stop approach where they can bundle services," explains John Olson, a fund manager at Houston Energy Partners.
Huntsman & Tronox
Chemicals maker Huntsman [HUN

] to expand its pigments business.
What’s in this deal?
On the table are titanium dioxide facilities in the Netherlands and the United States, a 50 percent joint venture interest in a titanium dioxide facility in Australia, and electrolytic production facilities.
The move was met on Wall Street with skepticism, due in part to excess capacity in the titanium oxide business and Huntsman's already burdened balance sheet.
But this wouldn't be Fast Money without a trade! So who’s next?
