Considering so many investors believe commercial real estate is the next problem child, how should you trade the space?
I think the shoe has dropped already and that the short commercial real estate trade is over, says Karen Finerman. I would no longer short REITs. They've come down a lot, many have been able to raise capital and the financing market are open again.
