Guy Adami and Karen Finerman are closely watching two stocks that are starting to look like turnaround stories.

Last year they bought the Trane HVAC business, explains Karen Finerman. In other words, at the worst possible time, they transformed their company into a firm that is dependent on commercial construction.
It's no surprise that since the acquistion they've been suffering.
However, they’ve recently been able to refinance their debt and it looks like the construction market is starting to come back.
As a result I have the stock on my radar but I’m not be a buyer yet, she says.
