Charles Koppelman has a storied history of success in business. He played a crucial role in making EMI an industry powerhouse – “back when the music business was still a great business,” Cramer said – and he’s the reason Bobby Darin, Billy Joel and Tracy Chapman are household names. Now he’s working with a different though equally recognizable superstar, Martha Stewart, and Cramer expects he’ll deliver the same Midas touch.

] to create an exclusive line of home-improvement products. Coming just in time, the agreement will replace a “very negative deal,” Cramer said, with Kmart-Sears [SHLD

], which expires at the beginning of 2010. With HD, Martha will get a much broader reach, something Kmart couldn’t provide.
And that’s just the beginning. Cramer predicted more good news to come from Koppelman and MSO.
“Charles Koppelman is so good, and this new deal with Home Depot is so promising,” Cramer said, “that I just had to bring him on the show in person to talk about MSO’s future.”
