Garmin : Take profits in GRMN, Cramer said.

Geron : Sell GERN, Cramer said. Go with Gilead Sciences or Celgene instead, Cramer said.

Energy Transfer Partners : Cramer is bullish on ETP and its 8.4% dividend yield.

Solutia :Dow Chemical and PPG Industries are better picks, Cramer said.
