The companies that are in the market are much stronger in terms of earnings power, said Bernard Lirola, a Morningstar 5-star-rated fund manager at Needham Growth. He gave the following actionable investment plays to investors.
“I think we are in the middle of the fairway,” Lirola told CNBC.
“Looking back at March, there were tremendous bargains—but March was an aberration. I take it out of the picture as if had not occurred. So we’re close to the far end and now we have a more reasonable environment.”
