], an ETF that tracks emerging market stocks, rose to a 13- month high buoyed at least in part by the weaker dollar.
It seems investors are turning to emerging markets as a proxy for commodities, which typically move higher as the dollar moves lower.

However, it’s not only a commodities play. Not only did BRIC nation Brazil just win the 2016 Olympics they also staged the largest IPO in the world this year, after financial giant Banco Santander raised $8.1 billion with an initial public offering of shares in its Brazilian subsidiary.
