Following are the day’s biggest winners and losers. Find out why shares of McGraw -Hill and Ford popped while Estee Lauder and KB Home dropped.

POPS (stocks that jumped higher)

McGraw -Hill (MHP) popped 4%. Barron’s said the company’s low valuation makes it very attractive. - I'm not a believer, reveals Karen Finerman.

Ford (F) popped 7%. The automaker said sales in Europe were up 12.3% as the company’s market share hit 10.1%. - I think this story is impressive, says Tim Seymour.

Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) popped 5%. UBS upgraded the chip maker to ‘buy’ from ‘neutral’ citing a pick up in PC demand. - If you want to own the space I'd do it with Intel, says Karen Finerman.

DROPS (stocks that slid lower)

Wynn Resorts (WYNN) dropped 3%. This and other casino stocks closed lower after the WSJ reported Macau was considering restricting the number of gaming tables it would allow. - I don't think there's a trade here, says Guy Adami.

Estee Lauder (EL) dropped 2%. Goldman downgraded the maker of Clinique and Aveda cosmetics citing fewer than expected cost cuts and a slow consumer recovery. - It's on Goldman's Conviction Sell list, reminds Joe Terranova.

KB Home (KBH) dropped 8%. The company revealed that the SEC will investigate their accounting and disclosure policies. - That's no good, says Guy Adami.

Baidu (BIDU) dropped 3%. Deutsche downgraded China’s Internet search giant to ‘hold’ from ‘buy’ saying the potential for upside is limited. - I would not be short, counsels Tim Seymour.

Digital River (DRIV) dropped 35%. Symantec, one of the company’s largest clients, said it was not going to renew its outsourcing contract with this firm.
